How does Allsupers work?

Your smart assistant for daily groceries. We help you find the best prices at your local supermarkets.

Help overview

Allsupers helps you make your weekly shop cheaper in three steps: search for products, fill your basket, and compare the total across 9 UK supermarkets. The site is free, requires no account, and works without installing an app. You begin with a product search or by choosing a category; we immediately show the range from Aldi, ASDA, Co-op, Iceland, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose with the unit price per kilogram, per litre or per piece. Click the plus icon to add a product to your virtual basket, and the total per supermarket updates at the bottom of every page. The cart page also includes a split recommendation that calculates how much you save by spreading your shop across two or three stores, based on an ONS CPIH-weighted reference basket of 30 national-brand products covering 12 spending categories.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are prices up to date?

Yes! We update our prices daily. We also take into account current promotions like buy-one-get-one-free or bonus offers, so you always see the real checkout price.

Which supermarkets are included?

We currently compare the complete range from Aldi, ASDA, Co-op, Iceland, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose.

Why isn't Lidl included?

Lidl does not publish its full range online and shows no price for most groceries on its website ("in store only"). As a result most of their prices are missing and the available data is not representative. That makes a fair comparison of the cheapest or most expensive supermarket impossible, so we deliberately leave Lidl out to keep the results sound.

Can I order online?

Allsupers is a comparison site. You can build and compare your basket with us. For actual ordering, we redirect you to the supermarket website.

How do I find a nearby store?

Use our Store Location page. There you can see which branches of Aldi, ASDA, Co-op, Iceland, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose are near you.
