Allsupers Price Monitor

The Allsupers A-brand Price Index (AAPI) tracks the average price of a fixed basket of packaged national-brand products across UK supermarkets. Base: December 2025 = 100.

Note: this is an A-brand packaged-grocery index. Fresh categories (meat, fish, fruit, vegetables — together ~32 % of the ONS basket) contain too few national brands for a reliable measurement and are excluded; weights are renormalised over the included categories. This is not a full ONS-representative price index.

The UK index is still building. We publish once matching density passes the threshold.
